Our aim is to provide our clients with tailor made facilities management service to improve the day to day running of their properties. Our Operations
Work Flow:
- A call center is available on a toll-free number +91 80892 58880
- All maintenance calls are routed through the call centre, Registered in Prime Square’s maintenance system (FMPRO), priotized and forwarde to maintenace team for action.
- Our mobile team with professional uniformed technicians will reach the site, attend the job and report to back office.
- Emergency maintenance Teams are set up to oversee the smooth operation of the maintenance and emergency works after our business hours. The team is available at all off-business working hours every day, including Sundays and public holidays

- Helpdesk: 24/7, 7 days a week, 365 days a week
- Maintenance Teams: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday.
- Emergency Teams:24/7, 7 days a week.
